Welcome to daydreamers by cafe 33 — a cozy space where East meets West in every scoop, sip, and bite. A cafe made for daydreamers. A place to let your imagination run wild.

Born and raised in Canada to Vietnamese parents, I’ve always lived between two vibrant cultures. Food was the language that connected them — from the rich, bold flavours of Vietnamese coffee to the creamy sweetness of classic Western desserts. Over the years, I developed a deep love for both. That love eventually turned into a passion — and that passion became this cafe.

To create something truly special, I spent time traveling across Asia, tasting regional desserts, sourcing premium tea leaves, and discovering high-quality, strong coffee beans. Whether it’s a silky rich matcha, a thick and creamy cup of Vietnamese coffee, or a strawberry banana pudding chocolate cup, every item on our menu is made with purpose — and with the best ingredients I could find.

For our very first location, I chose Richmond, BC — a city I truly believe is one of the best places for food. Surrounded by incredible restaurants, dessert shops, and cafes, Richmond is a community that celebrates flavour, creativity, and culture. I’m so excited to be a part of this vibrant food scene and to share my journey with a community that appreciates great food as much as I do.

This cafe is more than just a place to grab gelato or drinks. It’s a blend of cultures, a celebration of flavour, and a reflection of my journey. Whether you’re craving something nostalgic or looking to try something new, we’ve created a space where everyone can find something to love.
